Booking

Please call in advance to reserve your floatation session, beauty treatment, complementary therapy or holistic exercise class on: 020 7727 7133.  This is a good opportunity to discuss any special needs or questions you may have.  Both men and women are welcome and guests must be over 16.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your appointment to allow for a stress free check in.  Unfortunately, if you do arrive late we may need to reduce the time of your appointment accordingly so the next client is not affected.  Float is a mobile phone free environment.

Cancellation Policy

We do require credit card details at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment.  As a courtesy to our therapists and other clients, please give 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment or you will be charged for the time reserved.
