What is Deep Tissue Remedial Massage?
A deep-tissue massage is exactly what it sounds like. The massage therapist will first identify areas of the body in which there is tension, and then using various techniques will first work to remove the tensions in the surfaces of the muscles. He will then go deeper and deeper into the muscle to isolate and remove the true source of the tension.

Who needs Deep Tissue Massage?
Almost everyone carries tension somewhere in their bodies. This massage can help anyone with problems, varying from stress, through simple niggles or injuries, to chronic muscle and joint pain.

How many sessions will I need?
Although one massage will help - and will leave you feeling like a million dollars - generally deep-seated tensions will take three or more sessions to eliminate.

What is the Raynor Technique?
The Raynor Technique was developed by a Hawaiian-based massage therapist who travelled and studied extensively in the East studying massage - including under a blind shiatsu practitioner.
The technique draws from Shiatsu, Acupressure, Kahuna, Ayurvedic, Thai and Reflexology massage methods, as well as breathing therapy, to produce a full body massage of enormous power.
