NeuroMeditation training combines traditional coaching methods with neurofeedback to achieve peak mental states for performance, attention, focus and meditation.
Neurofeedback allows you to regulate and control your mental state. Through its use you will be able to train yourself to willfully alter your mental state into one of heightened awareness, clarity and focus.
brainwaves
Your brain produces electrical impulses all the time, these electrical signals are measured in amplitude and frequency.
Amplitude is the power of the electrical signal, measured in micro voltage and the frequency is the speed of electrical signals measured in cycles per second, or hertz.
Beta, Theta, Alpha and Delta are the main categories of brainwaves and these are grouped by frequency.
It is the combination of these brainwave signals that determines what state of consciousness an individual - you - are in at any given time. Whilst there is a combination of signals going on at any moment, one will be more predominant depending your state
training
NeuroMeditation training involves guided meditations, with the goal of stimulating brainwave patterns of the Awakened Mind. Different meditation techniques are used until the Awakened Mind patterns are achieved.
While meditating your brainwave patterns will be monitored through neurofeedback, and this information will help direct you into the desired mental state.
